About the Role An opportunity is available for an experienced Work Health & Safety (WHS) professional to lead and support safety, risk, and compliance initiatives across multiple sites. This role is responsible for providing expert WHS advice, driving compliance with legislation, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement and continuously improve safety and risk systems. Key Responsibilities • Provide WHS advice to managers and staff in line with legislative requirements • Coordinate and conduct WHS audits (internal and external) • Manage incident reporting systems, investigations, and trend analysis • Develop and implement WHS policies, procedures, and action plans • Monitor and manage safety systems, compliance, and annual statements • Liaise with contractors to ensure effective security and risk management • Prepare reports on WHS performance and improvement initiatives • Support business continuity planning and risk management activities About You You are a proactive WHS professional with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
