About this role

• 12 + 12 months - $$$ negotiable • Melbourne Fisherman's Bend - 2 days WFH • NV1 security clearance required Our client, a very large Federal Government Department focused on security, research and development is seeking and AI Behaviour Developer to join their team in September. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance AI behaviours • Augment, integrate and document changes to existing AI behaviours • Develop supporting documentation • Support laboratory testing of software Skills & Experience Required: • Proficiency in autonomous decision-making algorithms • Strong programming skills in Python, C++ or similar languages used for autonomy development • Ability to design explainable, robust, and verifiable classical AI models • Knowledge of verification and validation techniques for AI-enabled systems Desirable aerospace & EW knowledge: • Understanding of aircraft dynamics and avionics. • Basic understanding of electromagnetic environments How to Apply For a copy of the full job description, including the application instructions, please get in touch with Daniel at Recruitment Hive by clicking the Quick Apply button or call Daniel on (02) 6299 1006 .
