About this role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join a high-performing team based on Brisbane’s northside . This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administration professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and contributing to the delivery of important community services. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you will provide administrative and business support to ensure programs, work orders, reporting, and customer requests are managed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support across field-based service delivery programs. • Coordinate and maintain accurate records across multiple systems and databases. • Monitor outstanding jobs, work orders, and reporting requirements. • Assist with stock control activities and cost tracking processes. • Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries within required timeframes. • Maintain accurate data entry and records management practices. • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to support service delivery outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Confidence using Microsoft Office and organisational information systems. • Previous experience using asset management, maintenance, or work order management systems will be highly regarded.
