About the Role: As an APS6 Process Improvement Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, analysing, and implementing process enhancements across various departmental functions. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes for stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, monitor performance, and ensure sustainable change. Your strategic mindset and analytical skills will be central to shaping a more effective and progressive organization. Required Skills: • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to develop and deliver training on process enhancements • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools • Sound understanding of government or public sector operations Nice to Have Skills: • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) • Knowledge of project management principles • Experience with workflow automation tools • Familiarity with policy development and implementation • Strong facilitation and change management skills This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your process improvement expertise in a high-impact role.
