Key Responsibilities and Duties • Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs and align priorities; • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, processes, user stories and acceptance criteria; • Drive activities forward by proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities, and working with stakeholders to resolve them; • Communicate progress, insights, risks and recommendations to support effective decision-making. Skills and Experience Required • Experience working on data, reporting, analytics or information management initiatives; • Experience with Dynamics 365, APIs, integrations, or system architecture; • Experience supporting strategic planning, business case development or delivery roadmaps; • Understanding of data governance, data quality or business intelligence concepts.
