• High Profile Federal Government Department • Initial contract until June 2027 + 1 x 12 month extension • Rewarding hourly rates $$$ One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is seeking an experienced MS 365 Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major Microsoft 365 transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work within a high-performing ICT delivery team responsible for implementing and enhancing enterprise collaboration services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Copilot. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analysing and documenting requirements while supporting the design and deployment of core Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organisation. The successful Business Analyst will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2027, with a 12-month extension. The successful MS 365 Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Undertaking business and system analysis activities for a complex ICT project delivering Microsoft 365 services. • Engaging with business, technical and governance stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements. • Analysing and documenting end-to-end requirements for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft Copilot. • Developing and maintaining delivery artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. The successful MS 365 Business Analyst will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft 365 enterprise collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. • Experience defining requirements related to information protection controls such as Data Loss Prevention and Copilot capabilities . • Strong experience developing and maintaining delivery artefacts including backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps or similar tools . • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.
