• 12 + 12 + 12-month contract - ASAP Start • TSPV or TSPA Security Clearance required. • Canberra, ACT • EL1 equivalent | PROSCI ADKAR | Change Lead Our client, a Federal Government agency delivering critical national security, border, immigration, cyber security, and citizenship services, is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager. Duties of the Business Change Manager • Develop and execute change management strategies; • Lead strategic communication activities that move stakeholders from "awareness" to "desire"; • Oversee the training lifecycle, partnering with SMEs to translate technical requirements into a learning journey that empowers users in their new ways of working; • Assess user readiness and success metrics using data-driven insights to identify gaps and measure adoption rates; • Identify and manage change-related risks, reporting potential blockers to project leadership to minimise business disruption. Skills and Experience Required • 5+ years of hands-on experience leading the planning and delivery of complex business change activities; • Proven track record of collaborating with project delivery teams; • Expertise in applying structured change frameworks, with the ability to implement and adapt PROSCI ADKAR principles; • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and build organisational capability through coaching and mentorship; • Recognised change management qualification or certification (e.g., PROSCI etc.) How to Apply For a copy of the full job description, including the application instructions please get in touch with Jess P at the Recruitment Hive by clicking the Quick Apply button.
