• Long term contract with a leading Federal Government Department • 3 year contract! • Lucrative hourly rates $ A Federal Government agency within the Defence portfolio is seeking two experienced Organisational Change Managers to support the delivery of critical ICT capabilities within a major national intelligence program. These roles will focus on the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies across complex operational environments. The Organisational Change Managers will lead and implement structured change activities to support business readiness, user transition and sustained capability uplift. These positions are based in Canberra (ACT) and require candidates to hold an active Positive Vetting (PV) clearance . Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and business readiness plans • Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse groups with varying levels of change maturity • Manage change impacts related to business processes, tools, technology, roles and structures • Drive communication, engagement and training activities to support user adoption • Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager in complex ICT environments • Demonstrated capability in business readiness planning and change impact assessment • Experience supporting large-scale digital or technology transformation initiatives To be successful, you will demonstrate: This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant intelligence and cyber capability program , working alongside highly skilled professionals in a mission-critical environment.
