• Contribute to a Federal Government Agency! • Long-term contract until 30 June 2027 + 2 x 12 month extensions • Multiple locations – QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW or SA! An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage 3 x experienced Change Managers to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, tools, technology, job roles and organisational structures. The successful Change Managers will be offered a contract through to 30 June 2027 with 2 x 12-month extension options , with flexible working arrangements considered after commencement. The Change Managers will be responsible for but not limited to; • Applying structured change management methodologies and leading change activities • Developing change management approaches, strategies and detailed change plans • Assessing change impacts across various stakeholder groups • Completing high-level and detailed Change Impact Assessments • Identifying risks, resistance points and mitigation strategies The Change Managers will have experience in the following: • Experience providing change management services • Demonstrated experience developing change management approaches and detailed change management plans • Understanding of change readiness, implementation and adoption activities • Experience designing action plans to ensure processes, tools, communications and training are in place • Ability to gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders and users This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Change Managers looking to join a large Federal Government program.
