• NV1 security clearance required • 12 + 12 + 12 month contract • Implement, manage and retire physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure Our client, a large Federal Government Department responsible for signals intelligence, providing intelligence support to Australian military operations, conducting cyberwarfare and ensuring information security, are looking for 2 Cloud Infrastructure Engineers. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Optimise cloud environments for security, reliability and cost performance through collaborative, compliance-driven engineering; • Partner with product owners and developers to evaluate and implement security controls; • Drive the deployment and integration of CNAPP and SASE solutions across multi-cloud environments; • Liais with cloud vendors to bridge technical capability and business needs. Skills and Experience Required • Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end deployment and maintenance of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure; • Extensive experience in implementing and managing cloud security controls in alignment with the ISM and Essential Eight; • Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into robust cloud solution designs; • Advanced proficiency in automating cloud deployments, using Infrastructure as Code; • Experience developing scripts for operational automation and security orchestration and integrating these into CI/CD pipelines.
