Compliance Case Manager / Investigator - Payment Review, Compensation

• Contribute to a Federal Government Agency! • Initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension • Melbourne or Perth! An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage 6 x Compliance Case Managers / Investigators to support payment review and compliance activities within a high-volume operational environment. The successful candidates will undertake compliance reviews, assess evidence, interpret policy and legislation, document decisions and support accurate, consistent and defensible outcomes. The roles will be offered as an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option , based in Melbourne or Perth . The Compliance Case Managers / Investigators will be responsible for but not limited to; • Conducting manual payment review compliance activities and evaluating provider evidence • Reviewing compensation invoice compliance matters, including medical reports and related information • Analysing data and review outcomes against legislation, policy, guidelines and business rules • Documenting decisions clearly and accurately with detailed rationale and supporting evidence The Compliance Case Managers / Investigators will have experience in the following: • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to collect information, clarify issues and communicate review outcomes professionally • Experience managing difficult conversations, conflicts, escalated cases or sensitive matters • Strong attention to detail, record keeping and ability to meet operational performance targets This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Compliance Case Managers / Investigators looking to join a Federal Government compliance environment.
