• 12-month Federal Government contract with the view to extend • Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne location with flexible work arrangements! • Multiple opportunities available with rewarding hourly rates $$$ A leading Federal Government agency is seeking multiple experienced Senior Compliance Officers to support complex compliance, regulation and debt recovery activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong case management, investigation, compliance, stakeholder engagement and legislative interpretation experience . The successful Senior Compliance Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Leading, coordinating and managing complex debt recovery actions • Conducting and reporting on recovery activities to ensure compliance with legislation, policy and Commonwealth standards • Managing debt recovery processes, including stakeholder communication, negotiation and intelligence-related products • Applying legislation, policies, procedures and compliance tools to complex matters requiring interpretation and analysis The successful Senior Compliance Officers will have experience in the following: • In-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and an understanding of how these relate to a work area. • Abiity to monitor changes in the broader work environment that may impact on work objectives. • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals. • Ability to work with independence, subject to limited direction against established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.
