DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes, CI/CD

We are seeking DevOps Engineers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful DevOps Engineer will join a high-performing security operations team delivering secure, scalable and resilient cloud-based platforms. The successful DevOps Engineer will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate . The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to; • Designing, deploying and managing secure cloud-based infrastructure and applications • Developing & maintaining IAC , automation and configuration management solutions • Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI • Supporting containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes • Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance & delivery The DevOps Engineer will have experience in the following: • Experience across AWS and/or Azure cloud environments • Hands-on experience with Terraform , CloudFormation , Ansible or similar automation tools • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains • Scripting skills using Python , Bash or PowerShell • Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , monitoring, logging and incident response practices This is an exciting opportunity for DevOps Engineer looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
