About this role

• 11 + 12 + 12 month contract – ASAP start • Baseline Security Clearance - Bruce, ACT - Free parking onsite • ERP - implement HCM (HR) modules of WorkDay Our client, a Federal Government commission based in Bruce, ACT, that ensures sport has a place for everyone, requires the services of an ERP Business Analyst for an 11 + 12 + 12 month contract. Duties of the ERP Business Analyst: • Reporting and analytics requirements gathering, analyse existing reports and define future-state reporting needs. • Data migration support activities such as business validation, reconciliation, data quality assessment and testing. • Documenting as is (current state) process documentation and assisting in developing to be (future state) process documentation. • ERP and business process analysis activities, including workshop facilitation, process mapping and fit-gap analysis. • Development of solution acceptance plans and test plan approaches as part of holistic project services. • Support technology and digital investment planning process. Skills and Experience - ERP Business Analyst: • Business analyst experience on technology projects using structured approaches that complement modern project delivery methodologies, undertaking analysis and design using structured methods (5 yrs.+) • Highly engaged individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to elicit current state process, pain points and desired future state outcomes. • Highly desirable: Previous work on enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, specifically human resources (HR) system implementation projects. • Desirable: Previous work on grants management or data migration, reporting or platform projects. • Highly desirable: Experience working with either TechnologyOne, Aurion, WorkDay, Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP reporting or data migration initiatives. • Desirable: Experience working with DevOps or Dynamics 365.
