WFH hybrid • 24 + 12-month contract (Baseline security clearance required) • Proven capability in governance, reporting, RAID management Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking multiple experienced professionals across the following roles: • Project Manager • Program Manager • Delivery Manager • Agile Delivery Manager • Scrum Master • PMO Manager About the roles Each role will contribute to a large-scale ICT modernisation and risk reduction program focused on replacing, uplifting, and decommissioning legacy infrastructure and applications across the enterprise. These roles require professionals who can operate confidently in complex government environments, manage competing priorities, and engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external agencies. The focus is on improving service resilience, reducing cyber and operational risk, and ensuring delivery alignment across a highly interdependent program of work. Duties • Lead or support delivery of complex ICT projects and programs depending on role level • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, plans, and delivery roadmaps • Manage RAID logs, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, reporting, and governance forums • Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and cross-agency stakeholders • Support Agile or hybrid delivery approaches depending on assignment (Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager) • Oversee program controls including financial tracking, reporting, and delivery assurance (PMO / Program roles) • Drive implementation, transition, and decommissioning activities across legacy environments • Ensure alignment with Commonwealth governance, assurance, and change control frameworks • Support or lead technical negotiations with external agencies where required Skills / Experience • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed roles (Project, Program, Delivery, Agile, Scrum, PMO) • Strong understanding of ICT delivery in complex or regulated environments • Experience working within government or large enterprise environments highly regarded • Proven capability in governance, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement • Experience delivering infrastructure, application, or enterprise transformation programs • Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodology experience (role dependent) • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills How to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: EF 673157) , please forward your resume to Eric by clicking the Quick Apply button.
