The team leverages contemporary and innovative tools and techniques to automate identity provisioning, access reviews and security administration activities across enterprise IDAM platforms. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Administrator to support the secure delivery and use of enterprise information and technology resources. Working within the Identity and Access Management team, you will manage and support Identity and Access Management (IDAM) systems and services, administer identity lifecycle processes, access control mechanisms and authentication services, and help ensure security risks associated with identity and access changes are appropriately managed and mitigated. This role operates within a collaborative and diverse team environment, where knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and professional development are encouraged. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the administration of identity and access management systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews. • Ensure access control mechanisms align with security policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and maintain IDAM system health, performance and security posture. • Configure tools and develop scripts to automate identity lifecycle processes, access certifications and audit reporting. • Maintain operational procedures and ensure activities are executed in accordance with agreed standards. • Identify, record, monitor and resolve operational issues relating to identity and access services. • Provide status reporting to specialists, users and management. • Investigate and resolve access violations, authentication failures and identity-related security incidents. • Maintain records of access control activities and support audit and compliance activities. • Collaborate with technology specialists, security professionals, systems administrators and external partners. Knowledge/Skills required Mandatory • Minimum 3 years' experience in security operations, identity and access management, or a closely related ICT security discipline. Desirable • Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications such as: • Bachelor of Information Technology • Certificate IV in Cyber Security • CISSP • CISM • CompTIA Security+ • SANS GIAC certifications • Industry certification or training in IDAM platforms including: • Microsoft Entra ID • SailPoint • Okta • Ping Identity • ForgeRock • IBM Security Verify Diversity and Inclusion We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse experiences, backgrounds and perspectives are valued.
