About this role

• 12 + 12 + 12month contract • NV1 Security Clearance required. • Canberra, ACT - 3 Days in office per week • EL1 equivalent | Migration | Uplift | ITIL | PRINCE2 Our client, a Federal Government department supporting Australia’s agriculture, fisheries and forestry sectors, is seeking experienced Infrastructure Project Managers to deliver critical technology projects. Duties of the Infrastructure Project Managers • Prepare and deliver high-quality status reports, business cases, project artefacts, and documentation; • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders; • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting; • Identify, assess, and manage project changes; • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects; • Facilitate the successful integration and adoption of project deliverables; • Work closely with technical teams to capture and manage key project artefacts; • Lead technical teams and collaborate with multiple vendors to deliver outcomes within tight timeframes. Skills and Experience Required • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure projects; • Experience delivering ICT projects within Australian Federal Government environments; • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams; • Experience providing portfolio oversight, executive reporting, governance coordination, dependency management and assurance across complex project environments; • Proficiency in Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, budgeting, risk management, procurement, contract management, and vendor engagement; • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Essential Eight, PSPF, and cybersecurity.
