• Long term contract - great hourly rate • Work on large‐scale transformation programs with multi‐vendor delivery teams. • Can be based Sydney OR Melbourne OR Canberra • Must have Australian Citizenship and a mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance - NV1 Security Clearance is preferred. This role requires deep expertise in supply chain processes, integration across SAP modules, and hands‐on delivery within complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP TM solutions and ensure successful end‐to‐end implementation outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP S/4HANA TM solution design, including functional configuration, blueprinting, and documentation. • Provide expert guidance on TM capabilities such as planning, execution, charge calculation, freight settlement, and transportation network modelling. • Deliver end‐to‐end configuration for SAP TM process areas including Order Management, Carrier Selection, Freight Order Execution, and Freight Costing. • Integrate SAP TM with core SCM modules such as EWM, MM, SD, and Finance. • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and design scalable and robust TM solutions. • Support data migration, testing cycles, defect resolution, and cutover activities. • Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices, enhancements, and optimisation opportunities. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery quality across the project lifecycle. • Engage with senior client stakeholders and represent the SAP TM stream in program governance forums. • Produce high‐quality functional specifications for RICEFW objects where required. • Ensure solutions comply with Australian regulatory, commercial, and security requirements. Required Skills and Experience • Extensive hands‐on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management in complex environments. • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes across planning, logistics, transportation, and warehousing. • Proven ability to lead SAP TM design workshops and work with business stakeholders at senior levels. • Experience with SAP TM integration to EWM, SD, MM, Finance, and external logistics systems. • Knowledge of TM master data, transportation network modelling, planning strategies, and charge calculation. • Experience with freight settlement, cost distribution, and integration to SAP Finance. • Ability to work in large‐scale transformation programs with multi‐vendor delivery teams. • Strong documentation, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
