• Experience in recruitment & labour hire contract management • Analyse workforce trends to support & advise program • QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS - hybrid working arrangements Our client, an independent Federal agency in charge of organising, conducting & supervising Australian elections, are Seeking the experience of a Lead Workforce Planner to support the delivery of critical projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Develop, drive & deliver on the labour hire recruitment & retention strategies for the Program, ensuring best practice, consistency & adherence to internal policies; • Develop & maintain relationships with external stakeholders & labour hire sellers; • Liaising with internal teams as required, to manage highly sensitive matters of contractual management; • Support the performance management & talent identification strategies; • Identify, prioritise & build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures & processes toward strategic labour hire talent identification & maintenance based on best practice. Skills & Experience Required • Proven ability to act with discretion & integrity in managing sensitive & confidential information; • Experience in liaising with a wide range of relevant internal & external stakeholders including senior executive; • Demonstrated experience in Commonwealth Government labour hire talent acquisition & contract management policies & practices; • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively & sensitively at all levels; • Well-developed organisational skills with an ability proactively approach responsibilities; • Experience in recruitment & labour hire contract management in a program environment.
