Multiple Business Analyst - Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

We are seeking Multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Senior Business Analysts will support a range of ICT-enabled business, system and service delivery initiatives across the department. The successful Senior Business Analysts will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate . The Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to; • Leading and supporting discovery activities to understand business needs, operational drivers, pain points, constraints and opportunities • Developing process maps, customer journey maps, workflows, system interaction diagrams and other analysis artefacts; • Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements • Supporting management and refinement of product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and related delivery artefacts; • Analysing business processes, systems, data flows, user journeys and service interactions; • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement; and The Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience producing business analysis artefacts such as requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes, customer journey maps and related materials; • Proven working ability with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, enterprise resource planning platforms or other enterprise business systems; • Proven Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart or equivalent collaboration and analysis tools; and • Strong business analysis and systems analysis experience in ICT-enabled delivery environments; • Experience supporting cyber security, ERP, digital transformation, broadcasting, application modernisation or enterprise ICT programs; This is an exciting opportunity for Multiple Senior Business Analysts looking to join an innovative Federal Agency.
