Multiple Scrum Masters - Certified, Agile - 3 Year Defence Program

About this role

• Contribute to a high-profile Defence program! • Initial 12-month contract + 2 x 12-month extension options! • Canberra Based Role! We are seeking multiple Certified Scrum Masters to support a major Federal Government program. The successful Scrum Masters will work closely with delivery teams and Delivery Managers to support agile delivery, improve team performance, remove blockers, and help teams maintain strong delivery throughput. These long-term opportunities offer an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options, based in Canberra. The Scrum Masters will be responsible for but not limited to; • Coordinating sprints, retrospectives, regular stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies • Managing project scope, timelines, priorities and delivery activities • Coaching team members in Agile methodologies and improving Scrum maturity • Working with Product Owners to manage backlogs, new requests and delivery priorities • Removing blockers, resolving conflicts and supporting effective team collaboration The Scrum Masters will have experience in the following: • Certified Scrum Master accreditation • Demonstrated experience supporting Agile delivery teams in complex ICT environments • Strong facilitation skills, including workshops, ceremonies and collaborative problem-solving • Experience using Agile methods, tools, metrics and reporting to improve team performance • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and conflict resolution skills This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Scrum Masters looking to contribute to a high-impact Federal Government program.
