Join a dedicated team supporting high-quality holiday experiences across the beautiful Coffs Coast. We’re seeking a proactive and reliable team member to help maintain four well-loved holiday parks— ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in customer service, and values teamwork in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests in line with the park “Meet and Greet” process • Respond to after-hours accommodation enquiries, bookings, payments, and emergencies • Maintain park grounds and facilities to a high standard • Conduct regular patrols and ensure facilities are secure after hours • Support front-desk staff during end-of-day procedures • Liaise with trades and security services when required • Operate plant and equipment in compliance with safety standards • Report maintenance or operational issues promptly What You’ll Bring • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and respond calmly to after-hours issues • A flexible, solutions-focused approach to daily tasks • Basic maintenance knowledge (pool, buildings, or grounds experience desirable) • A current Class C Manual Driver’s Licence • NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable) Working Hours & Conditions • 1-2 days per week during winter, but will increase in Spring • On-call, overnight stays and after-hours work may be required, with applicable allowances • Rotating across four coastal holiday park locations • Involves indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate physical activity If you're passionate about customer service, take pride in high standards, and enjoy being part of a team that helps create memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
