One Identity Access Management Test Lead - Azure DevOps, ALM Octane, IAM framework

We are seeking IAM Test Lead to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful IAM Test Lead will drive testing activities across a portfolio of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The successful IAM Test Lead will secure an initial contract until 30 June 2027 with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate . The IAM Test Lead will be responsible for but not limited to; • Leading the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple IAM projects • Developing test strategies, test plans, schedules, traceability matrices and test summary reports • Leading and mentoring testing teams, driving performance and capability uplift • Creating, reviewing and executing complex test artefacts, test cases, & test data • Managing testing risks, issues and dependencies and providing appropriate escalation The IAM Test Lead will have experience in the following: • Experience leading UAT , SIT and end-to-end testing activities • Experience developing test strategies, plans, schedules, & traceability matrices • Experience leading teams and coordinating testing activities across multiple concurrent projects • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience using testing tools such as ALM Octane and Azure DevOps This is an exciting opportunity for IAM Test Lead looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
