An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Operational Support Manager - Payment Reviews to provide specialist operational, compliance and case management support within a complex payment review environment. The successful candidate will provide authoritative advice, strengthen quality and consistency, support continuous improvement and assist with the resolution of complex operational matters. The role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option , based in Brisbane or Melbourne . The Operational Support Manager – Payment Reviews will be responsible for but not limited to; • Providing operational support across payment review and compliance activities • Interpreting and applying relevant legislation, policy, business rules and procedures • Supporting consistent, evidence-based and defensible decision-making • Leading quality assurance, technical review and continuous improvement activities • Identifying systemic issues and implementing practical process improvements The Operational Support Manager – Payment Reviews will have experience in the following: • Experience in compliance, payment reviews, case management, investigations or operational assurance • Highly developed technical and policy interpretation skills • Ability to provide authoritative advice on complex operational and administrative matters • Demonstrated experience identifying systemic issues and delivering process improvements • Excellent written communication skills, including briefs, reports, guidance material and decision records This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operational Support Manager - Payment Reviews looking to join a high-performing Federal Government environment.
