• 6 + 6month contract - August Start • NV1 Security Clearance required • VIC (preferred), ACT, QLD • Business Coordination | Power BI | Jira | Confluence Our client, a Federal Government agency responsible for delivering critical weather, climate and environmental intelligence services, is seeking an experienced PMO Delivery Coordinator Duties of the PMO Delivery Coordinator • Report to the Executive Operating Officer; • Coordinate and support the team with planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects and initiatives; • Coordinate and monitor agreed plans, milestones, dependencies and release commitments, ensuring risks, issues and schedule impacts and elevations are proactively reported and managed through established methods; • Coordinate and support secretariat requirements for PMO governance and reporting, and business delivery reviews; • Assist business functions in maintaining SharePoint, Confluence and related collaboration and process libraries, ensuring appropriate records management, governance compliance and information accuracy. Skills and Experience Required • Demonstrated experience supporting program, project or product delivery functions within a PMO, project delivery, business analysis and release management environment; • Experience coordinating projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure; • Experience using contemporary delivery and collaboration tools; • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, exercise sound judgement and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes; • Broad knowledge of project delivery methodologies and frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches. Highly Desirable • Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience; • Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement; • Experience working within Australian Government or APS environments; • Understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), PGPA Act and government governance frameworks; • Experience supporting digital, data, technology or climate-related programs.
