• Contribute to a Federal Government Agency! • Initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension • Barton, ACT! An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator to provide end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management support within a secure and high-tempo operational environment. The successful candidate will support equipment procurement, asset management, deployment planning, travel coordination and stakeholder engagement across government and private-sector partners. The role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option , based in Barton, ACT . The Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to; • Coordinating operational deployments, logistics activities and travel administration • Managing end-to-end procurement activities, contracts and supplier relationships • Identifying and mitigating procurement, logistics, supply-chain and operational delivery risks • Maintaining accurate asset registers and coordinating regular stocktakes • Supporting budget management, financial forecasting and procurement planning The Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems • Experience across logistics, asset management, procurement and operational support • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate supply-chain, logistics and procurement risks • Experience supporting secure, technical, international or complex operational environments • Experience with dangerous goods or regulated operational environments will be highly regarded This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator looking to join a high-performing Federal Government environment.
