Program Support Officer (DevOps & Technical Delivery) | Baseline Clearance Required Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid) Employment Type: 12 months Contract We are seeking a Program Support Officer (DevOps & Technical Delivery) to support the successful delivery of technology programs within a Federal Government environment. This role combines DevOps governance, project coordination, reporting, and delivery support, working closely with PMO teams, Delivery Managers, and technical stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes and promote DevOps best practices. Key Responsibilities • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of DevOps capability and delivery governance. • Develop and maintain DevOps reporting, dashboards, metrics, and performance tracking. • Assist with governance activities, action tracking, risks, issues, and delivery milestones. • Prepare executive reports, board papers, presentations, and program documentation. • Coordinate technical delivery, release management, and transition-to-support activities. • Support release readiness, implementation planning, and stakeholder communication. • Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes and team collaboration. • About You • Experience supporting technology programs, PMOs, or technical delivery teams. • Understanding of DevOps principles, delivery governance, and project coordination. • Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience within Federal Government or large enterprise environments is highly regarded.
