• Lead the delivery of critical ICT services for Federal department! • 12-month contract + 2 x 12-month extension options • Canberra based | On-Site We are seeking experienced Project / Delivery Manager to join a high-performing Federal Government agency This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of managed ICT services , acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and service providers. You will play a critical role in ensuring service performance aligns with business objectives, contractual obligations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Project / Delivery Manager will be responsible for but not limited to; • Lead the delivery and operational management of managed ICT services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs • Oversee contract management activities, including renewals and performance monitoring • Drive the transition of new services or providers, ensuring service readiness and stakeholder engagement • Identify technical risks and contribute to requirements for upcoming market approaches • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient system integration and service delivery The Project / Delivery Manager will have experience in the following: • Proven experience managing technical projects and ICT service delivery in complex environments • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL / SFIA-aligned), including incident, problem, change, and request management • Demonstrated experience with Approach to Market and tender processes within the APS • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including running meetings, tracking actions, and reporting to senior stakeholders • Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with competing priorities This is an exciting opportunity for Project / Delivery Manager looking to take a leading role in delivering critical ICT services within a major Federal Government organisation.
