Their surveying team is known for delivering technically strong, timely, and professional project outcomes for developers, councils, government agencies, and private sector clients. About the role As an experienced NSW Registered Surveyor (BOSSI) you will contribute to a wide range of cadastral, development, and infrastructure/government projects within a supportive, quality‐assured environment. • Monitor, review, and improve surveying and drafting work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery • Maintain strong client relationships, including preparing scopes and fee proposals where required • Develop business opportunities with new clients • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical development to Surveyors and Field Assistants, supporting capability uplift across the team • Maintain and develop technical competencies and stay abreast of changes to surveying technology • Utilise and contribute to the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems, ensuring compliance across the team About You As a confident communicator with a professional, reliable, detail‐focused approach, you will be comfortable working both independently and as part of multi‐disciplinary teams to deliver projects to a high standard. Bringing strong capability in cadastral, development and infrastructure/government surveying projects, you will be a NSW Registered Surveyor (BOSSI).
