• High Profile Government Contract! • Hybrid working arrangements in NSW or VIC • Rewarding hourly rates $$$ One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of major digital transformation initiatives across a large and complex ICT environment. The successful Senior Business Analyst will be offered an initial 6-month contract with a 6-month extension option , based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements. The successful Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in eliciting business requirements, improving business processes and delivering high-quality solutions that support enterprise transformation. The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Elicit and document business requirements. • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders. • Develop process maps and user stories. • Produce functional and non-functional requirements. • Mentor junior Business Analysts. The successful Senior Business Analyst will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst. • Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills. • Strong process modelling and BPMN experience. • Experience with UAT and solution implementation. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
