• NV1 Security Clearance required • Multiple office location: QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW • familiarity with identity policy, identity access management etc. highly desired Our client, an independent government agency focused on supporting Australians with disabilities, require the services of a Senior Business Analyst (EL1 equivalent) as part of their Cyber Security & Identity Branch. Duties of the Senior Business Analyst : • Working in a multi-disciplinary team to lead a broad range of business analysis activities including process analysis, process mapping, process redesign, requirements elicitation, requirements engineering, functional and non-functional requirements, designing for compliance with legislation, regulation and policy; • Facilitation and presentation activities with both business and technical stakeholders, both for collecting information and demonstration / showcase type formats; • Effective collaboration and communication across technical disciplines including service design, architecture, development / engineering, testing; • Having the ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards. Skills required: • Demonstrated minimum 4 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst; • Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency; • Demonstrated experience or familiarity with identity policy, identity access management, identity lifecycle management, digital identity, identity proofing, authentication, and/or authorisation will be highly regarded.
