• 12 + 12 + 12-month contract - August Start • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance required. • Canberra, ACT | Work from office 60% or home 40% • Multiple Opportunities + Flexible Rates + Weekly Pay Available Our client, a Federal Government department responsible for leading national policy and programs across climate, energy, environmental sustainability, natural resources, heritage, and water management, is seeking Multiple Senior Business Analysts (Technical, Systems and Process Analyst specialisations) to contribute to complex technology, digital transformation, and business improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities: • Lead business analysis activities across complex projects, applying appropriate methodologies, techniques, and frameworks to deliver effective outcomes; • Proactively identify, engage, and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support successful project delivery; • Support Agile and iterative delivery approaches by contributing to planning, backlog refinement, requirements management, and continuous improvement activities; • Produce high-quality, concise, and fit-for-purpose documentation to support digital service delivery and business transformation initiatives; • Develop and maintain project artefacts, including user research outputs, service design documentation, process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation; • Communicate complex business and technical information clearly and effectively to support decision-making and stakeholder understanding. Selection Criteria: • A minimum of two years’ experience working within Commonwealth agencies on projects or programs associated with the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure, applications or services linked to a previous network environment; • A minimum of ten years’ experience leading projects or workstreams within complex ICT programs of work; • Demonstrated senior business analysis capability, with experience applying a range of business analysis techniques and methodologies across complex projects; • Must have Baseline Clearance minimum.
