• Long-term Federal Government contract • Flexible hybrid working arrangements • Rewarding hourly rates $$ One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Transformation Lead to support a major national transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to lead business-side transformation, operational readiness and process improvement activities across a complex multi-stream environment. The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option , based in Barton, ACT with hybrid arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis. The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Leading business-side requirements definition, operational design and process improvement activities • Translating operational policy into business rules, decision frameworks, process maps and implementation artefacts • Facilitating workshops with SMEs, operational leaders, ICT teams and delivery partners • Supporting business readiness, UAT planning, transition activities and post go-live stabilisation The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience leading business-side transformation initiatives in complex operational environments • Strong experience in policy-to-operations translation, business requirements definition and business readiness • Proven ability to design operating models and end-to-end processes, including as-is/to-be process mapping • Experience delivering readiness assessments, implementation sequencing, transition planning and hypercare support This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled team delivering meaningful business transformation across a secure Federal Government environment.
