Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure / AWS / DevOps

We are seeking Senior Cloud Engineers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Cloud Engineers will l provide planning, development and implementation services to support Azure and AWS multi-cloud platforms. The successful Cloud Engineers will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate . The Cloud Engineers will be responsible for but not limited to; • Designing, developing and maintaining automated cloud infrastructure solutions • Supporting cloud provisioning, configuration, security, compliance and cost management • Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM templates and PowerShell • Automating deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps • Documenting cloud architectures, processes and procedures across Azure and AWS environments The Cloud Engineers will have experience in the following: • Experience as an Azure, AWS or Multi-Cloud Engineer • Strong knowledge of cloud services, architecture and infrastructure operations • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell • Experience with IaC tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, Azure PowerShell or CloudFormation • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools including Azure DevOps and Git This is an exciting opportunity for Cloud Engineers looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
