• Join a leading Profile Federal Government Department • Initial 12 month contract + 2 x 12-month extensions! • Rewarding hourly rates $$$ /Hybrid A leading Federal Government department is seeking multiple Senior Cloud Azure DevOps Engineers to be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining the cloud platform and delivery pipeline infrastructure that underpins the agency's ICT modernisation program. The successful Senior Cloud Azure DevOps Engineers will be offered an initial 12 month contract with two 12 month extension options and receiving a rewarding hourly rate. The successful Senior Cloud Azure DevOps Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Implement and maintain Kubernetes-native workloads including deployments, stateful sets, config maps, secrets management, and persistent volumes. • Provision and manage Azure resources, such as Azure containerisation services, App Services, Azure Container Registry, Azure Data services • Design and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Ensure platform configurations align with Essential Eight maturity controls and ISM The successful Senior Cloud Azure DevOps Engineers will have experience in the following: • Hands-on Azure platform engineering experience in a large enterprise environment. • Demonstrated Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps (ACA) administration • Experience in CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps (YAML) • Experience in container technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm chart authoring, container registry management, and container image security. • Experience in scripting and automation: Python, Bash, Az CLI and/or PowerShell This is a fantastic opportunity within a leading Federal Government department to work on and ICT modernisation program of work.
