Role : Midrange Application Developer (.Net/ AWS) Location: Brisbane CBD / Melbourne CBD / Wollongong (NSW) Contract: 12 months + 12-month extension option Security Clearance: Existing Baseline required (NV1 highly regarded) About the role A large Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Midrange Application Developer to join a delivery team working across medium to large initiatives. In this role you’ll design, build and maintain .NET/C# solutions, develop APIs, support data migration activities, and collaborate closely with scrum team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll contribute to code reviews and solution design, optimise performance, troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensure security and testing standards are met, maintain technical documentation, support deployments, and participate actively in Agile delivery (including mentoring where required). Required skills • Demonstrated experience as a .NET / C# application developer • Strong API development experience • Hands-on experience with: • AWS Lambda • API Gateway • Azure DevOps • AWS DMS and AWS SCT (data migration tooling) • Database development / migration experience (highly desirable): MongoDB and Amazon Aurora (preferred) • Strong understanding of Agile delivery (including working in scaled Agile / ART environments) • Good working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation) • Desirable: SPA web development experience using Angular To discuss please reach out to Moitri on 07 3291 5408 Peoplebank and Leaders IT are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone belongs.
