• NV1 Clearance Required • Canberra, ACT – On-Site • 12 + 12 Month Contract Our client, a large Federal Government that funds reasonable and necessary supports associated with significant and permanent disability, are looking for a looking for Senior DevOps Engineer Duties of the Senior DevOps Engineer: • Design, development, deployment, and support of the Agency’s Cloud & Data Infrastructure. • Prioritising and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. • Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices and are well documented. • Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. • Playing a key leadership role in project teams, utilising an agile development framework. • Engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and deliver results. Skills and Experience Required: • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services, with proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions. • Strong experience in building and deploying DevOps practices, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines, including GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira, to streamline development workflows. • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning and management. • Proficiency with version control systems like Git, combined with a solid understanding of agile development methodologies to support collaborative, iterative development • Ability to write and maintain moderately complex code across multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript, and Golang.
