• Prominent Federal Government Agency • Initial 6 month contract + 6 month extension option • Rewarding hourly rates $$ working on a major website transformation project We are seeking an experienced Senior Drupal Web Developer to join a leading Federal Government agency and support the ongoing development and enhancement of a complex web platform. The successful Senior Drupal Web Developer will provide technical leadership across Drupal development, website performance, accessibility and platform improvements while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a further 6 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate. The successful Senior Drupal Web Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Developing and maintaining Drupal websites, custom modules and web applications • Enhancing website performance, security, accessibility and user experience • Troubleshooting complex issues relating to integrations, caching and platform performance • Managing code reviews, testing, quality assurance and website release activities • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver new website features and improvements The successful Senior Drupal Web Developer will have: • Proven experience developing and maintaining Drupal websites and custom modules • Strong experience improving website performance, security and analytics capabilities • Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability principles and user-centred design practices • Experience resolving complex web application, integration and platform issues • Strong experience with code reviews, source control, testing and quality assurance processes This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Federal Government Agency and play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of a high-profile digital platform.
