• Leading Federal Government Department • 3 year contract!! • Rewarding hourly rates $$$ A prominent Federal Government department is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers to deliver critical ICT initiatives. The successful candidates will secure a 3 year contract and receive rewarding hourly rates. The successful Senior Network Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Leading network planning and design activities to meet service levels. • Applying detailed knowledge of enterprise networking technologies to complex environments. • Managing change processes to ensure continuity during installations and integrations. • Building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders across technical and business areas. • Mentoring and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Analysing complex network engineering issues and recommending courses of action. • Overseeing installation, upgrade, operation and control of local and wide area networks. The successful Senior Network Engineers will have experience in the following: • Expertise in network security, enterprise proxy and load balancing systems. • Strong background in deploying and supporting enterprise network systems. • Leadership in network design, planning and support, with demonstrated ability to manage risks and contingency planning. • Ability to optimise technology infrastructure and drive adoption of automation tools. • Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation and problem-solving skills.
