Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst - Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities

• Long-term contract – 12 month contract + 12 month extension • Work on large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives • Hybrid working arrangements | ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD or SA locations A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to join a high-performing digital delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions that improve customer outcomes and support large-scale service transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in Agile delivery teams, translating business needs into implementable user stories and helping drive solution outcomes across complex programs of work. The successful Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate. The successful Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, driving stakeholder engagement and support throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate and refine functional requirements and solution outcomes. • Develop and enhance Epics, Features and User Stories to support Agile delivery teams in implementing Salesforce-based digital services. • Lead or contribute to solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are aligned with Salesforce capabilities and best-practice configurations. • Configure Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and support analysis, testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities across enterprise platforms. The successful Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst will have experience in the following: • Demonstrated experience working as a Salesforce Functional Analyst within complex enterprise environments. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities). • Proven experience in business process mapping, service design and business process improvement initiatives across customer-facing environments. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior and multidisciplinary teams. • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce solutions.
