Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers - Agile, ServiceNow, DevOps

• Contribute to a Federal Government Agency! • Initial 12 month contract + extensions up to 24 months • QLD, ACT, VIC or NSW - hybrid arrangements! An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage 2 x Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers to support the testing, performance validation and quality assurance of critical technology platforms and complex integration solutions. The successful Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers will secure an initial 12 month contract with extension options up to 24 months , with locations available across QLD, ACT, VIC and NSW , and hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered. The Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers will be responsible for but not limited to; • Creating test strategies and test plans • Creating, reviewing and executing manual and automated test cases • Developing functional and non-functional test scenarios • Preparing defect reports and managing failed test backlogs • Coordinating with Business Analysts and vendor personnel to review requirements and define test condition The Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers will have experience in the following: • Experience in performance, functional and non-functional testing • Experience testing across multiple technologies, including ServiceNow and complex integration solutions • Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and software development processes • Experience creating test plans, test scripts, defect reports and requirements traceability documentation This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior ServiceNow CSM Performance Testers looking to join a large Federal Government program.
