• 12-month contract + extension • NV1 Security Clearance required • Canberra, ACT | Remote applicants will be considered. • HR | SAP | PeopleSoft Our client, a large Federal Government organisation delivering complex national security, technology, and capability programs across Australia, is seeking an experienced HR Solution Architect. Duties of the HR Solution Architect • Lead end-to-end architecture design for HR systems across SAP and/or PeopleSoft platform; • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps; • Design integrations between HR systems and Define data models and governance frameworks; • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., privacy legislation) • Support project lifecycle phases; • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data, and integration policies; • Identify opportunities to optimise HR processes through technology. Skills and Experience Required • 8 – 15+ years in IT, with significant HR systems experience; • Experience delivering large-scale ERP or HR transformation programs; • Experience working in government or regulated environments; • Solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman); • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; • Relevant certifications (desirable).
