• Long-term contract 15 months + 2 x 12 month extensions • High-Trust Environment • Rewarding hourly rates $$ A leading Federal Government agency is seeking 5 x System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineers to support the delivery, management and sustainment of critical ICT infrastructure across a secure and complex environment. The successful System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineers will work across physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure, supporting key digital services and operational outcomes. The successful System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Performing routine installations and de-installations of hardware and software • Maintaining the reliability of ICT infrastructure through configuration, patching, monitoring and upgrades • Using automation tools to prepare, replicate and sustain system builds • Configuring and supporting core services including monitoring, syslog and authentication The successful System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineers will have experience in the following: • Strong systems administration and infrastructure engineering experience across complex ICT environments • Experience supporting physical, virtual, networking and/or cloud infrastructure • Ability to automate provisioning, testing and deployment of new or changed infrastructure • Experience with disaster recovery procedures, availability management and operational support This is a great opportunity with a leading Federal Government agency to join a secure, high-performing team!
