Achieve Something Great This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our maternity team. As a midwife, you will work in partnership with women to provide holistic, evidence-based care. You will be responsible for supporting women’s choices, promoting health and wellbeing, and delivering safe, high-quality care to both mothers and newborns. The role offers a permanent midwifery position in the Postnatal/Antenatal Ward and Birthing Unit. Are You the Right Fit? The ideal candidate is a compassionate, Registered Midwife who is passionate about supporting women and their families throughout their journey. They will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing safe, evidence-based maternity care. • Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA • Experience working in antenatal/ postnatal maternity settings and/or Birthing Unit • Committed to promoting informed choice, advocacy, and continuity of care • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary maternity care practices and patient-centred care principles • Ability to effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. • This is a Targeted Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Position.
