We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/ Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and stewardship across enterprise digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping solution design, uplifting engineering practices, and ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, and maintainable within a complex delivery environment. The Technical Lead/Tech Lead will secure an initial 12 month + 2x12 month extensions , based in Canberra with flexible working arrangements. The Technical Lead/ Tech Lead will be responsible for but not limited to; • Provide end-to-end technical leadership across platform architecture and integrations • Guide solution design and ensure alignment with architecture standards and principles • Uplift engineering practices including code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps processes • Coach and mentor engineers to drive consistent, high-quality delivery • Identify and manage technical risks while supporting platform reliability and performance The Technical Lead/ Tech Lead will have experience in the following: • Proven experience in technical leadership within Agile or SAFe environments • Strong background in .NET development and Azure-based platforms • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led design • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a long-term engagement within a forward-thinking environment, where you can influence platform direction and deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.
