Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role including minimum of 6 months experience in Intensive Care Medicine. 2. Demonstrated interest in a future career in Intensive Care Medicine or acute care (Emergency Medicine and Anaesthetics) and evidence of continued professional development and self-education in this area of practice. 3. Demonstrated capacity to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgement and expertise and demonstrated independent competence in ICU related clinical skills. 4. Demonstrated high level of organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to convey information to both a clinical and non-clinical audience. 5. Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
